are received. Our policy is: "in by 8, out by 5." Any customer
making an order online by 8 AM (11:00 AM Eastern Time), the
order will be shipped by 5:00 PM that same day. Exceptions include Weekends, Holidays, Staff vacations and
out-of-stock items.

Green and Recycling
Preserving the environment is important to us. We
are conscious about purchasing recyclable material and making
green decisions whenever we can. Most all material our business
uses is either recycled or reused. Sometimes customers will
receive orders in a box that has been used for other things.
We feel that reusing something is one step better than recycling.
Variety
We stock a variety of different metal types of studs
and spikes. A full detailed description of the type of metal
or plating used in each item can be found in the item descriptions.
For instance, Brass is a higher-priced material, but is great
for hindering rust. Steel is low-quality, but also low-cost.
Aluminum and Zinc-alloy are also offered as a low-cost alternative. Plating can include
red electrolyte, nickle, nickled black, and flat-black ebonal.
